Scripture Tote

How cute is this? My friend Amber from Strawberry Owl Designs created a tutorial on how to make these beauties :) I used some of the left over fabric I had from Mia's Apron Dress. I'm still debating if I should add a fabric flower. Yesterday evening I took this tote to the movies and used it to carry my wallet, keys, cell phone, and lipgloss. It was the perfect size. I like that I can use it as a scripture tote on Sundays as well as a little handbag on days where I don't want to carry a huge diaper bag. Head on over to Amber's blog if you'd like to make one for yourself. The lining is a placemat so its nice and sturdy :)

Adorble creations here! I can't sew to save my life. My mother in law made me a purse similar to this and I was just in awe that anyone could actually MAKE something like that. My daughter likes to sew also and be creative but I haven't been able to show her much! Found you from NFF, thanks!
