One of my mom's co-workers has a little girl that will be turning 2 at the end of the month, so my mom asked if I'd make her a sundress. I love this fabric in person, but for some reason it's not looking as cute in the picture-but trust me, it's adorable in real life ;-) Mom, don't worry, hahaaha! I think the colors will look pretty on her since she has dark hair and dark eyes.Does anyone else HATE doing straps? I do! It's not like they're hard, but I just hate doing them and procrastinate finishing dresses because of it, LOL. I've had the body of this dress done for over a week and I finally got around to making the straps tonight. I was just wondering if I'm the only one with this problem...

I do too. I use ribbon when i get the chance. I made pretty much this exact dress for my etsy shop go check it out. I used ribbon on it. - i soo love this fabric- it didn't really photograph as well as i liked so i am getting professional pics done with this dress. fancypantsbyjamee.etsy.com

Pretty fabric! I am really bad about procrastinating when it comes to straps. I actually have one dress that I made over a year ago that only has one strap. I haven't finished it.
My daughter has probably already outgrown the dress. ha!

I think the dress looks adorable! The florals are really fun.
I'm so far okay with straps but what I find annoying lately is threading elastic lol...it doesn't help that most easy patterns always include elastic (think peasant dress/top)! :D
